Can i get cse or ece in any iiit or gfti by getting 32,000 rank in obc category?

Hello,

I am sorry to say but with 32000 obc rank it's not possible to get into any IIIT as the closing rank for obc for IIITs is around 15k.

Also if we talk about GFTIs it's not possible to get CSE with your rank.

You have somewhat chances of getting into NIT but branch may not what you desire . You can get rough idea through previous year cutoffs of NIT's, where cutoffs are categorised branch wise

Yes! You have a chance of getting IIIT Bangalore. But you don't have a chance of getting top branches like cse/ece.

I am getting CSE at VIT and CSE at IIIT Ranchi. Should i opt for IIIT Ranchi if money is an issue.

If you are getting CSE in vit in category 1 itself then I can assure you thay your fees is less than IIT Ranchi.
IIT Ranchi fee structure:-

Autumn semester -1.27lakh{including hostel}
Spring semester - 1.16 lakh {including hostel}
Mess charges -17k per semester

Vit bhopal college is better than iiit bhopal or not

In my opinion IIIT Bhopal will be the best option as VIT UNIVERSITY is known only because of its Vellore campus and placement in that campus is only good.Hence, i will not recommend you to go for other campuses.

You have got very good percentile in JEE Mains Exam. Since you have Home State quota and being female your chance of getting Admission in IIIT Surat are very high. The admission also depends on the Category . If you are from a reserved category you will definitely get

To be honest, nothing can be said with utmost surerity. The situation you are in is quite unpredictable. You can get Information technology in special round(40% chance).

However, keep searching for alternatives, don't rely upon just one college.

According to your rank in jee mains 2019 ,you have very very less chance to get seat in computer science engineering in any NIT and IIIT as your rank for CSE is very high .

The admission to NITs, IIITs and GFTIs occur through JoSAA counselling. You need to register for counselling in order to consider for the admission to these institutes. Computer science branch is provided in many NITs. The admission occurs by considering the JoSAA rank list.

College Infrastructure

The college infrastructure is very good. There is are many natural nd artificial artifacts present inside the campus. The buildings are very much well maintained and the grounds are also very well maintained.

College Infrastructure

As a third year B-tech student i have spent two years on campus and want to share my honest experience. Our college boasts a spacious and well maintained campus spread across around 30 acres. The main academic block are clean and fully functional with essential labs and new tech ,modern classrooms equipped with projectors and comfort seating there are also designated seminar halls and conference rooms on the ground floor of academic block. The academic block is mainly divided into 3 blocks, Block A, B and C including a very large and useful library in B block. Hostels are very close to academic block most of the hostel blocks consist of 9 floors each floor consists of 7 rooms with 6 three student rooms and 1 four student room. there is also single room hostels from second year but limited entries depending on CGPA of students. Hostel Mess is inside the hostel in ground and 1st floors. There is also a college canteen, Nescafe outlet (functioning up to 2 am ) and a stationary store inside campus. Whole campus including hostels is equipped with high speed WIFI up to a speed of 350mbps. The campus and hostels are maintained clean and tidy .Food is not the best and non native students find it difficult to maintain but there are other options plenty because mess fee is weekly and optional.

Overall college life here is not too much but good.

College Infrastructure

College infrastructure is overall good as it's just 23 acres but it is well maintained. All the required classes and labs are present in the academic block area. We have a large sports ground for football and cricket also.
