Every year cut off is not same. It is changing every year. But with this rank it is too hard to get chance in any IIITs. But don't lose hope and all the best!

EWS category reservation has provided for the first time in JEE Main Entrance Exam so it would be difficult to tell you about the admission possibilities as previous year cutoff is not available but with this rank the chances seems less to get a seat in NITs.
