See at this rank of yours around to 100000 is not sufficient for getting any NIT's. Also the ews is included this time for first so cannot be sure through this category. And also for the IIITs its no to get any from them at this rank probably.

If you are a general category student then with this percentile I dont think there's any chance for NITs or IIITs. There can be few GFTIs in which you may be eligible, but that too chances are slim.

Yes as far as you second time drop is considered then you are eligible for admission in NITs and IIITs.

NITs and IIITs have a rule of third chances in JEE mains. moreover you can get into any college through JEE mains.

The top IIITs like Hyderabad, Bangalore, Allahabad, Delhi are not possible at this rank. These IIITs have very less cutoffs. So the available options are IIIT Jabalpur, Gwalior .

Even your daughter can easily get into IIITs like Una, sricity etc but they are new.
