but assuming you are from Uttar Pradesh, Your chances are as follows:-

General:- very low chances as the closing rank for round 7 is around 25-26k.
Other categories:- Probable chances

I don't want to disappoint you but most of the NITs have a closing rank of around 5k-6k for the SC category while most of the IIITs and GFTIs close at around 6k-7k.
So, Unfortunately you don't have a chance to get into any NIT, GFTI or IIIT.

Yes ofcourse u will get NITs and IIITs both for pursuing ur higher studies in the field of ur interest under rthw btech courses. But u might be getting the average branches or good branches in lower NITs . I m providing u a link for he help.

Reservation for EWS category is being provided for the first time by NTA in JEE Main exam therefore it would be difficult to tell you about your chances of admission as previous year cutoffs for EWS category is not available.

See the percentile u have got is not enough for u to bag a seat in any of the NITs for pursuing IT or CSE. U should be opting for other state colleges and private institutions for that. I m providing u a link for he help

With these marks, there are no chances of getting a seat in IIIT, NIT. However, there could be a possibility of you have the home state quota.
