I must say which college is better is okay.
But! Obviously the college which you get is better than other.
IISER is much better than IIIT
But,if you're into LNCT then obviously for you LNCT is the best college.

My obc rank is 13389 and janral rank 51000 can I get ece or eee branch in iiit nit and jnu Delhi. Only ece branch in any round

As per previous years cutoff,chances for getting admission to iiit or nit in ece or eee branch is very less.

its a decebt institute, it has got a rating AAA which means above average. And as far as placements are concerned they are rated 3.7 out of 5. Faculties are also good and experienced with 3.5 rating.

Kindly mention the exam.you are talking about since NIT srinagar takes admission according to jee mains and cutoff is around 17000 so you will easily get admission der if you are talking about engineering .

But jnu doesn't engineering so which exam.you are talking about kindly mention!

How many marks should an sc student need to score to get seat in iiit

You would need atleast a hundred marks to get a seat. For having higher chances, aim for 250 mark. It would help you to stand a chance for NIT's as well.

Should I choose for IIIT bbsr or dsce Bangalore ,distance from home is not an issue

Both the colleges are good.

But in some aspect IIIT is heavier than DSCE

1st reason is than IIIT is a government college so you will not face any problem in future and you have high chances to get placed .

All new iiit are equal or not and all iiit salebus same or not

College Infrastructure

The college infrastructure is very good. There is are many natural nd artificial artifacts present inside the campus. The buildings are very much well maintained and the grounds are also very well maintained.

College Infrastructure

As a third year B-tech student i have spent two years on campus and want to share my honest experience. Our college boasts a spacious and well maintained campus spread across around 30 acres. The main academic block are clean and fully functional with essential labs and new tech ,modern classrooms equipped with projectors and comfort seating there are also designated seminar halls and conference rooms on the ground floor of academic block. The academic block is mainly divided into 3 blocks, Block A, B and C including a very large and useful library in B block. Hostels are very close to academic block most of the hostel blocks consist of 9 floors each floor consists of 7 rooms with 6 three student rooms and 1 four student room. there is also single room hostels from second year but limited entries depending on CGPA of students. Hostel Mess is inside the hostel in ground and 1st floors. There is also a college canteen, Nescafe outlet (functioning up to 2 am ) and a stationary store inside campus. Whole campus including hostels is equipped with high speed WIFI up to a speed of 350mbps. The campus and hostels are maintained clean and tidy .Food is not the best and non native students find it difficult to maintain but there are other options plenty because mess fee is weekly and optional.

Overall college life here is not too much but good.

College Infrastructure

College infrastructure is overall good as it's just 23 acres but it is well maintained. All the required classes and labs are present in the academic block area. We have a large sports ground for football and cricket also.
