To get admission in IIITs or NITs, you must have a rank under 1 lac. At your rank, there is no chance of admission in these colleges. However you can apply for other state colleges and private colleges.

special round means if you did not get seat in any of teh counseling session then there wil be a last round called special in which if you have not participate in counseling session or miss this then you can directly particiapte in special round to get a seat. thatis
