Both colleges are really good in terms of academics and placement records.You can go for any of them according to your interest.
I will recommend you to go for CET as it has more better records.

My 12 marks 315 out of 500 from UP board in 2017 but I appear for jee mains in 2019 so what the eligibility to get IIIT or NIT.

you have to clear jee mains first . In that accordng to the marks you get you can get NITs or IIITs .

I've scored 126 marks in JEE mains (paper-1) but I dont have 75% marks in 12th board exams. Will get an admission iin NIT or IIIT colleges?

this is to inform you that the eligibilty criteria for the JEE MAIN 2018 is to get minimum 75% aggregate in the board examination for general category .so you will not get admission in the NITs,but cant tell you of the IIITs.all the very best for your future.

Sir CBSE 12th me 52% marks hai jee mains me 2652 ST RANKS HAI kya NIT & IIIT me administration hoga.

Sorry but for that you need to score 60% for sc/st/obc
And 75% for general candidates to get admissions.

IIIT Naya Raipur or IIIT Guwahati for CSE?

According to me, you should go for IIIT GUWAHATI since it is more and far better as compared to that of IIIT NAYA RAIPUR.

College Infrastructure

The college infrastructure is very good. There is are many natural nd artificial artifacts present inside the campus. The buildings are very much well maintained and the grounds are also very well maintained.

College Infrastructure

As a third year B-tech student i have spent two years on campus and want to share my honest experience. Our college boasts a spacious and well maintained campus spread across around 30 acres. The main academic block are clean and fully functional with essential labs and new tech ,modern classrooms equipped with projectors and comfort seating there are also designated seminar halls and conference rooms on the ground floor of academic block. The academic block is mainly divided into 3 blocks, Block A, B and C including a very large and useful library in B block. Hostels are very close to academic block most of the hostel blocks consist of 9 floors each floor consists of 7 rooms with 6 three student rooms and 1 four student room. there is also single room hostels from second year but limited entries depending on CGPA of students. Hostel Mess is inside the hostel in ground and 1st floors. There is also a college canteen, Nescafe outlet (functioning up to 2 am ) and a stationary store inside campus. Whole campus including hostels is equipped with high speed WIFI up to a speed of 350mbps. The campus and hostels are maintained clean and tidy .Food is not the best and non native students find it difficult to maintain but there are other options plenty because mess fee is weekly and optional.

Overall college life here is not too much but good.

College Infrastructure

College infrastructure is overall good as it's just 23 acres but it is well maintained. All the required classes and labs are present in the academic block area. We have a large sports ground for football and cricket also.
