Both the colleges, IIITDM, Kancheepuram and IIIT, Kottyam offer Computer Science Engineering. However, if you are asking which one is better for CSE. IIIT, Kottyam would be better than IIITDM, Kancheepuram at almost all the fields. It has better placements, big campus with all the facilities etc.

There is fee concession for sc/st students in iiit gwalior. Sc/st students are given 100 concession in tution fees . Tution fee is 58575 per semester and sc/st students are given concession on tution fees.
