According to the eligibility criteria given by KIITA , To be able to appear for KIITEE ,the candidate must have scored a minimum of 60% in aggregate of physics chemistry and mathematics. As you have got less than 60% in PCM, then i i  sorry to say but you can not apply

The eligibility criteria for B.Tech in KIIT is candidates should have passed or are pursuing 10 + 2 or equivalent in a regular full-time mode and must have scored a minimum aggregate mark of 60% in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics to be eligible. Candidates must have finished class 12th (or equivalent) in the year 2017 or 2018 or appearing in class 12th examination (or equivalent) in 2019 can also apply.
