In KIIT the total fees for B.tech is totally 14lakh that is 3, 50, 000 per annum. But in case of MBA it is 12, 01, 600 for two years and for MBBS it is 16, 00, 00 per annum.

My dear hope you doing well. The passing which will fill  in the form of kiit is of the year in which you are giving the improvement exam not the regular board examination. Suppose you give class 12th in 2018. Then  you give improvement exam in the year 2019. Then you will mention that real passing as 2019 in any form.

Yes,it is available in KIIT in fact it is considered to be royal branch out there ,there is a certain admission procedure through which you will have to pass for studying in kiit,you will have to qualify a exam named KIITEE to study there

Candidates can fill and submit the KIITEE application form from the third week of November 16, 2019. The last date to fill the KIITEE 2020 application form is March 31, 2020. KIITEE application form is available in only online mode.

Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology will conduct its entrance examination in 69 KIITEE exam centres. see electronics and telecommunication engineering is core branch where information technology is software engineering related branch. right now in India there is most of job demand is going for cse and information technology field. so I think taking b.tech stream as information technology will be best.
