In KIITEE 2019, you can get CSE with a rank under 4,500. Since your rank is 7,689, it is difficult for you to get CSE at KIIT but you may try for other branches like ECE/ IT/ Mechanical/ Civil etc.

Analysing the previous year cutoff, The last rank selected for computer Science is around 5000 in KIITEE. It fluctuates +-400 depending upon the number of students who have applied for computer science in KIIT.
