Hi Poulami,
The list that showed your rank and said you that you are eligible for the 1st round counselling, is the rank list.
In order to know the counselling dates there will be a separate document for that, in that the range of rank will be give , beside that the dates will be written.In the same document you find the other essential things like when you have to report for counselling and what other things you need to carry for counselling. The counselling is scheduled to start in offline mode from May 8 this year.
