this happens like this They'll deduct the counselling fees( around 6k I guess) and return you the rest if you cancel

sorry to say its not possible to get mechanical with your rank you should have 20k below to get it

Hi Dear, your chances are very high to get the seat in KIIT.with your rank, you cat get the seat into CSE branch because previous years cutoffs were 5000.
