You should go for IIIT. This College is too  good in terms of placement and academics. LM institute of information technology and SGSITS are  good institutes but still they are private institutes and not comparable with IIIT. Well, I think IIITs have a good reputation than SGSITS & LNMIT

In my opinion you should choose MAIT (CSE) in compare to LNMIIT (ECE).

MAIT has good placement in CS while LNMIIT have good placement but mainly in CS not in ECE.
