NIT CALICUT About 45% of the students from the course got placed. The highest salary package offered is 15 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. More than 30 companies like Tata Projects, GMR, HCC, Wipro, Facebook, etc., visit the college for placements.

MNIT JAIPUR The placement rate is around 80%. The lowest salary package offered is around 5 LPA to 6 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 10 LPA. The highest salary package offered is 1.2 crore per annum. Top recruiting companies here are Intel, Samsung, etc.

The marks scored by you is good but it will not be able to full fill your need of getting NIT Allahabad as the cutoffs for this NIT is very high and also it is considered as one of the best NIT in India so inspite of being OBC category even though you wont be able to secure admission but definitely you can go for many other good colleges where you will have better chance of getting admission, so for that you can use below link to check colleges:

As you have mentioned that you are confused between the above mentioned colleges so I would like to tell you that metallurgy branch is three of these colleges is more or less same in terms of placements.

But I would recommend you to join nit jaipur as it's considered to be a good nit in terms of placements, infrastructure, faculty. Lastly, it's your choice you can join nit Durgapur also if it's near your home.

Both are public/government ownership colleges. MNIT Jaipur was established in 2007 with a campus size of 317 (Acres) and SPA Bhopal was established in 2008 with a campus size of 75 (Acres).

B.Arch in School of Planning and Architecture Bhopal has lower fees.

MNIT Jaipur is ranked 35 by NIRF while SPA. The median salary for MNIT Jaipur is B.E /B.Tech - 7 Lakhs and M.E /M.Tech. - 6 Lakhs.

The median Salary for SPA Bhopal is B.Arch - 2.40 Lakhs and M.Arch - 5.10 Lakhs.

Facilities provided by both the colleges include Boys and Girls Hostel, Library and Hospital/Medical. Cafeteria is provided only in MNIT Jaipur while Cafeteria is not provided in SPA Bhopal.

Exams Accepted for MNIT Jaipur is SAT, JEE Main (930 is the JEE Main cut-off ) while in SPA Bhopal for JEE Advanced, SAT.

As you have mentioned that you want to know the comparison between the two colleges that is nit Jamshedpur and mnit jaipur so I would judge these two only on the basis of placements as you have mentioned specifically in the question.

If placements is considered , nit Jamshedpur is just fantastic in that so I would definitely suggest you to take up ece at nit jsr. The median package for the current year is 9.5L and the average was 12L per annum. The overall average package was 9.38L which is at parallel with nit Rourkela or rather a bit greater than it. Whereas nit jaipur electrical branch has an average package of 7.5L per annum.
