Assuming you are General Category Candidate, I believe you must target atleast 95 Percentile to have fair chances in securing a seat at MNIT Jaipur B.Arch, perhaps if you are from Other State Quota 96+ seems a much safer estimate. With nearly 60k aspirants appearing for B.Arch JEE Main Paper 2A, the Cutoff for MNIT Jaipur B.Arch for General OS last year was 2.5k, while for General HS was 3.5k.

Hello Dear,
As the percentile mentioned by you is not enough for you to fetch you any MNIT or government college on General rank but you will definitely get some good private college on this percentile of your desired branch if you comes under any reserved category then there is a chance you can get any government college. because as you know cut off depends upon the number of seats available, the difficulty level of paper and number of candidates writing the examination. And, hence varies every year depending on these factors. You have not mentioned your home state and the branch you want to choose. You can get a seat in some NITs only if you come under the Home State Quota. You have not mentioned the branch in which you are looking for admission.

The collage Is recognised for this strong hold on research with various projects the college has well maintained Laboratories with modern instrument with support advanced research in environmental engineering the library is well stocked with vast collection of books and research papers
Malaviya National Institute of Technology(MNIT) Jaipur have a lecture complex known as VLTC where all classes are held. It have separate hostels for both boys and girls. It have well equipped labs and various research facilities. Various sports tournament and cultural programs are organized to enhance the capability of students.
The college itself is not that old compared to other government colleges and the infra is alright but there is no architectural beauty in the buildings they are just bland. Although everything is well maintained, it does not have anything special about it
