So there is no previous year data or clear trends of that but still if you look into NIT Jaipur, there are around 41 seats in Home

Generally MNIT Jaipur have its closing rank for electrical engineering around 10-11k.(Home State) 

So, I am sorry to say but with your rank it's not possible to get electrical in MNIT Jaipur. 

Yes, you can apply for other branches here or in any other NITs, where you can get

Sorry to say but you will not get CS or IT in MNNIT.

The cutoff for CSE Goes from 3085-3504. And for IT it goes from 4748-5504.

As per your rank and previous year cutoff, the colleges you get are:-
