Dont let your moral down by thinking of not qualifying the jee mains. You can get admission anywhere either by qualifying exams or by direct admission.

There are only few colleges that gives admission on the basis of class 12th board exams.So it is necessary to appear for jee maina or any other engineering entrance exams in order to get admission.

Chances are less but u may get metallurgical branch because previous year cutoff was around 4100 rank.If rank slides this year than u may get this seat.Check cutoff on career360

should I go for production and industrial engineering from DTU or automobile engineering from DTU or Chemical Engineering from MNIT Jaipur?

Hello Zaid,

According to me, Automobile Engineering is better than two other streams because it is about to get more evolution in future that will give you more platform to explore the field of automation. However, Chemical Engineering and Production Engineering are not bad. Both colleges have very good infrastructure

if your rank is between 1352 to 28810 then you may get admission mnit and this is for home state and if you are from other states then it may vary and branches will also depend on your rank.

College Infrastructure

College has excellent infrastructure having campus spread across 300+ acres. It has all the important blocks needed except the auditorium. The VLTC is even the Asia's largest lecture theater complex holding lectures for majority of students.

It's good to be part of a national institute.
