Out of the two options that brings confusion, Punjab Engineering College is overall good but the Placement and Academic records doesn't reflect too impressive results. When comes to MNIT Jaipur, it's a better choice to be made. The Metallurgy departmental Faculties are nice, the necessary curriculum notes are provided and the academic facilities are abundant. Coming to placements, average package ranges from 6-7 LPA whereas highest Salary Package rise above 20 LPA.

You can always go to Mnit Jaipur. It is a much better college than jamshedpur. You will also be having a great college life at jaipur which will no happen in jamshedpur.The placements of jaipur are also good in comparing with jamshedpur.

In my opinion you should for MNIT Jaipur.

If you want to study hardcore cse then you should look forward for  CS branch in MNIT but don't go for CU, it's not worth it you will get very less opportunities to prove yourself and the environment is not that good related to studies.

You will find great hostel and mess facilities in MNIT and get a good exposure in improving you a bright future awaits you in MNIT. CUis a good college but if you think that you can work hard all the four year at cu then only you will able to get a 5lpa+ job in cu because cu is very much crowded around 3000 students pursuing cse while MNIT has limited intake of around 200 so you will definitely get more opportunities in MNIT.

If you would take my opinion then I think mnit jaipur is far better than chandigarh university in terms of placements , in terms of a tag. The average placements for the computer science branch in mnit jaipur is 16L per annum as per the current year whereas chandigarh university is pretty mediocre like any private college .

Companies like microsoft, Amazon, Deloitte, Flipkart,Adobe,de Shaw , cognizant comes for recruitment. Though there are many companies . Chandigarh university also have good placements in cse branch but not good like mnit jaipur.

Central seat allocation board round is held after josaa round is complete for special vacant seat filling up procedure. Csab also help for special round to feel up the special vacant seats for NITs,IISTs,GFITs. through JEE main ranking. As you belongs to OBC category of student and your CRL common rank list is 123000 then you may not get home state engineering colleges of national level.

Dear applicant out of NIT Hamirpur and MNIT Jaipur, I would suggest you to choose MNIT Jaipur as because in NIT Hamirpur except for CSE, other branches placement is not quite good. However in MNIT Jaipur Chemical Engineering branch median salary package is around 6-7 LPA. The Institution teaches updated curriculum, you would have necessary facilities like library, hostels, labs, sports facilities, wifi,gym, auditorium and Overall the college life would be comfortable and memorable as well

Teachers in the college are highly qualified. They are very helpful. Their teaching quality is world-class. Semester exams are average. If you focus on studies and attend the classes regularly, then it is more than enough to pass semester exams.

In the chemical engineering department, more than 75% of the students got placed with a decent salary package. The highest salary package offered in the chemical course is 38 LPA. Top recruiting companies visit college are mostly non-core companies. Core placements are very few here.

It has a lush green campus, and it is fully equipped with a Wi-Fi network. Labs and classrooms are well-equipped with modern infrastructure. The library is good. Our college has some newly built hostels, and most hostels are old. Newly admitted students get old hostels with a capacity of 3 students in each room. A mess serves average food for students. MNIT Jaipur is a Government college (Institute of National Importance). There is a very good infrastructure in terms of labs.
