At Manipal core branches like CSE, IT, EEE, Mechanical, ECE etc have around 220-240 students per batch. So, getting CSE at Jaipur or IT at main campus would require a bit of luck. Many of the above rankers don't take admission as they only apply as a backup after JEE

MIT Jaipur might claim some accolades from time to time but MIT Manipal is and will remain among the best engineering colleges in the country. Also the faculty could be better as it is the main branch. There are exceptions though. And placements are better at MIT main campus. If
