As both,M.tech in Advance computing & Data Science program at Manipal university, Jaipur are good.But, I recommended to go for Data Science,as there is a lot of scope in future(like Machine Learning,e.t.c).Manipal university is immensely rated (due to Satya Nadella and Rajeev Suri) and the professors are good at all. But, It’s the most expensive engineering university in India.
