MANIT Bhopal All Questions

You learn and understand anything easily when you get similar environment around you. Both colleges are best and both are doing better in studies.

Though I'm pursuing B.Arch from MANIT Bhopal, I have different views in comparing both colleges.

MANIT Bhopal- Getting admission in NIT and getting NITian tag is always precious. But it's not enough to brace your career. College have some good faculties and rich alumni network which is always ready to help.

But I feel students of MANIT have less exposure towards architecture.

• One of main reasons may be we live with B.Tech students in hostels. I do agree they need less time to cover their course, they can cover their course in before night of end term exams. In comparison, B.Arch students get daily-weekly basis submissions. Some of architecture students complete their work on time but some try to take pleasure of wasting time as B.Tech students, which end up low quality output from them.
• Second, some faculties are reluctant to give up old teaching techniques. I do accept old techniques have their own importance but ultimately it consumes more and more time.
• Third, Architecture department presently organise less lecture sessions from field architects and other field experts. These sessions should increase to encourage young architect minds.
• Fourth, absence of common knowledge sharing platform of architecture department.
• Fifth, less cooperation and encouragement from department to students taking part in any competition.

SPA bhopal - As an outsider, I can say is that it may be new but have great potential to become better college in its field. College have only architects and planners which creates a good environment for field of study.

My final suggestion would be you must contact student of MANIT bhopal and SPA bhopal to get more idea.

If you belong to home state the cut off rank is 9898 for obc category for getting into civil engineering fmin MANIT college but if you're other state then cutoff rank is 7708 for obc category for getting into civil engineering for male candidates this is cutoff trends of 2019 to get an admission at MANIT for civil engineering you need to get a rank below than the the cu off rank and for more Information visit the below mentioned link

Many students are  under the same situation, they were about to give their  terminal exams in April but because of corona, exams are kept on postponment. Recently UGC guidelines said that it is mandatory for the students to attempt  the terminal exams, so my best suggestion with experience is that " just leave about the current situation and the ambiguous of conducting the exams and  study like as you have exams in two weeks, so you will be focused on your study and complete the preparation for your exam. If you do that, you won't care if your college conducts the exams or not. Because you're prepared with it. You can stay cool and happy, like I am now.

Particularly in B.Arch in MANIT Bhopal, placement scenario is too low.Around 20 to 30 percent students get placed in every year. The highest package of this year is around 6 lac per annum and the lowest may go up to 2.5 lac per annum.

See each of these colleges have their own pros and cons, advantages and disadvantages and own uniqueness. If I were at your place, I would've chosen NIT SURAT because it has great placement opportunities afterwards. And as far other activities are concerned, NIT SURAT has great name in sports too as I'm a sports liking person and it also organizes cultural fests and activities where you can bring out your talents.
