I scored 97.17 percentile in JEE main paper 3(B planning only).I am from general category. Can I get admission in MANIT bhopal in bachelor of planning course. Or in any SPAs(bhopal,delhi, vijaywada). please suggest some institute?.

yes there is good chance to get admission into NIT campus. your rank will be below 15k-20k approximately which will make you eligible for the course.
SPA are also good campus to study BPlan. you can choose Delhi campus which has good architecture hub. You will get good scope and opportunities. You can also get good placement platform.
cutoff for NIT and SPA for BPlan is not available. As per your percentile there is good chance to get so do apply for it.
