As per your rank in REAP merit list you cannot get Electrical engineering in MBM Engineering College, Jodhpur because for General category the cut-offs are quite high around 500 and as you have not mentioned your category so it is little bit difficult to guide you accurately. But however considering your category to be general you cannot get Electrical engineering in MBM engineering college, Jodhpur as per previous year's cut-offs.
Bite that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.

You are currently studying in mbm Engineering college and now you have change your college. Firstly you will get the NOC from your present college and some required documents (Aadhar card ,10 th marksheet , 12 th marksheet , your jee score card , your counselling letter ,income certificate,caste certificate ,bank account,samagra I'd, residential certificate etc. )and then you will go your new college with required documents and submit it .

Your performance in JEE Mains 2019 will be an eligibility criteria . Also you must have passed in class 12th with physics and maths as your main subjects. Yes of course you can get MBM Engineering College, Jodhpur at such rank. But according to the rank you have mentioned in the question you can get top NITs like NIT Jamshedpur, NIT Uttarakhand, NIT Jaipur as per previous year's cut-offs which you can check from the link given below :-

See admission in government engineering colleges of Rajasthan are taken through REAP Counselling and a separate REAP merit is prepare for participating candidates usually on the basis of class 12th marks as well as on the basis of JEE-Main score but this year due to the much delay in JEE-Main REAP Counselling has been conducted through class 12th marks only. So this year you cannot take admission in any government engineering college of Rajasthan on the basis of JEE-Main score. If you want to take admission in MBM Engineering College, Jodhpur then you can take direct admission on the basis of clas 12th marks too.

Hi,
I would like to inform you that MBM is the top college in Rajasthan which takes admissions through REAP on the basis of your JEE MAIN score. SInce the seats in MBM are very limited, there is very low chance that you will get MBM college with 2335 reap rank. You can look for other colleges such as CTAE Udaipur, GEC Bikaner, GEC Ajmer etc.

As we know that cut-offs for this year is not declared yet and hence I am guiding you as per previous year's cut-offs to give you an idea. According to previous year's cut-offs you can get MBM Engineering College, Jodhpur with ECE branch through your EWS merit but CSE branch you cannot get either through EWS nor through General merit. But note that cut-offs are bound to change evry tear depending upon various factors.

Hello sourabh. Congratulations for your score in jee mains paper 2 . Considering your marks and percentage in 12th so in eligibility criteria for mbm jodhpur its just 75 percentage so you are far safer to get admission as well as your jee mains paper 2 score is also good so you have high chances to get admission in mugneeran bangur memorial engineering college .

MBM university have all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment but they are not well maintained and for some equipment you have to take multiple permission spaces are clean. sports centers are there hostels are also present but it is not maintained.
Infrastructure is good and lab are normal not very good. And infrastructure is good but not maintained properly if it is maintained properly then it can become a very good college in terms of infrastructure and location in the city
The college campus is very large and has two campus north and south having different-different departments in them. Has very old type Infrastructure made of Jodhpur rocks. College has gym, playing grounds, library , different sports courts and many other facilities.
