sorry to disappiont you that your percentile in jee mains is 89 which is too low to get admission in mbm jodhpur ..
although mbm jodhpur is a government college and your percentile is too low,
but you can take admission in other private colleges.

Yes, MBM Jodhpur and skit Jaipur you will get for sure with this rank. And you can also get admission to NIT. May be not the old NITs you can get new NITs for sure. Main concern can be of branch that you choose

MBM university have all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment but they are not well maintained and for some equipment you have to take multiple permission spaces are clean. sports centers are there hostels are also present but it is not maintained.
Infrastructure is good and lab are normal not very good. And infrastructure is good but not maintained properly if it is maintained properly then it can become a very good college in terms of infrastructure and location in the city
