As the cutoff of JEE Main 2020 for MNNIT Allahabad has not been released yet But I can provide you with cutoff of last year though cutoff changes every year . So it can vary this year too.

In NIT Allahabad to get admission in technical branch you need to secure 75% marks in JEE Mains exam if you are belongs to OBC quota.

As you want to do Mtech, so overall all the mentioned colleges are good. But comparing the quality NIT surathkal would be at top among these three. Although there is IIT but IIT jodhpur is not as good as NIT surathkal. Placements are also very good here.
