You can apply for upgradation after taking provisional admission. Once you are getting a change in course or college the same fees amount will be transferred to the other college.

Hey Aman,

Presently your college and branch is good. but if you want to get admission in top NITs and want to get better branch then you can go with spot round but it is not necessary.

Both are good but if you sure you will get not Allahabad in second round. Go for it

Give preference to branch than college  if your preference is placement.Branches preference order CSE,ECE,EE.College preference order- NIT W,MNNIT, MANIT.
