Admission in NIT is through 3 ways:
1. Through JEE Mains, you must have heard about this exam. So if you got good marks in entrance exam and your 12th board then you have good chances.
2. JEE Advanced, this is the 2nd phase of JEE where the students qualified

Give preference to branch than college if your preference is placement.Branches preference order CSE,ECE,EE.College preference order- NIT W,MNNIT, MANIT.

Which is better to be opted - CSE in NIT BHOPAL or ECE in NIT ALLAHABAD?

Both are different branches and has different aspects.You should choose a branch of your interest.
As far as colleges are concerned , in my opinion you should go for NIT BHOPAL as CSE branch is best there.
But the rest depends on your interest.

Placements wise CSE Bhopal will be better than ECE NIT Allahabad .

But CSE Allahabad is better than CSE Bhopal in terms of study culture ,placements and exposure to opportunities too.

then ECE in top NIT’s.

Ofcourse, MNNIT ALLAHABAD IT.

Because this college is better in all terms as compared to that of BIT, MESRA.

There is 20 percentile criteria for board marks as you don't have above 75 % marks. So, see that and you should get above 200 yo get decent seats in NITs.

I wish to take admission in mnnit .Iscored 81%in cbse and in uptu my rank in bc is9768 and I do not give jee.will my admission is possible

Sorry to say but, all NIT including mnnit gives admission through only jee mains valid score card, there's no other option, good luck for next time, or try for private colleges who'll give admission without jee scorecard.

College Infrastructure

This college is built in 1962 so infrastructure is good as we compare to that time but in comparison with so called rich private Colleges it feels a bit average. But it's worth you can see good buildings and all. Even there are 2 underpasses and 1 more is getting ready.

Its was great experience experience being in MNNIT .

It includes academic buildings, library, sports grounds, hostels, cafeterias, and recreational areas. ???? Academic Buildings & Classrooms There are multiple academic blocks and department buildings. Classrooms are functional, but a significant portion are old-style and dated; some may not match newer standards. Smart boards and computers are present in several classrooms per some reviews, but the quality varies. ???? Library & Study Facilities The central library is a strong point — large, well-stocked with books, journals, e-resources, and computing facilities. One of the best NIT of India but Hostel infrastructure is not so good,hostel can feel crowded, neat, renovation and have small rooms. Some students complain about food quality and considered. overall infrastructure is good ratings are high in many students surveys
