In my opinion you should go for NIT Allahabad.

NIT Andhra is one of newly established NITs. The average package for 2019 batch in NIT Andhra was 5.87 Lakh while the NIT Allahabad has average package of around 9 Lakh. Also NIT Allahabad has better Rankings than NIT Andhra.

Avoid going for Dual Degree Courses, unless youre generally interested in the Respective Subject. ECE at NIT Durgapur seems a good choice to me, or maybe BTech Mechanical or Electrical if you get at some of the Other Good NITs. IIIT is coding oriented most of the ece guys do coding here and give less focus on core ece on the other hand in mnnit ece student study ece bit more
