Hello student,
Well, It is a newly opened college, so it has not gained much popularity as of yet. But the student's reviews have been positive as well as negative about that college. Facilities staff is very supportive and helpful. The cafeteria is a very wonderful and side scene are truly amazing.
Negative reviews: Some students say that the college wants to fool students that they will get the same quality of education like other popular NMIMS.
It's better if choose the other option.
Cheers!
According to their placement report for 2017-18 , the students were recruited by some of the best companies in the heathcare industry like : AstraZeneca, Cipla, EY, GlaxoSmithKline, MSD, Neilsen, Zydus, Zimmer Biomet and many other Indian and MNCs participated in the placement season and offered coveted profiles in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Project Management, Operations, Consulting & Business Analytics.
The placements vary year by year , sometimes the year is great and sometimes not , that is for every colleges not just for NMIMS , so i would say yes it is worth spending so much money , as the placements they give you are from the best companies and according to their report the average salary was around RS 7 LAKHS PER ANNUM which is good for a starting package , it may also increase on a yearly basis . The highest package was RS 14 LAKHS PER ANNUM , so i believe that it is worth spending money.
The profiles offered to students were
Sales marketing : 71 %
HR : 4%
Consulting and market research :9%
Business analyst :4 %
Medical educator : 8%
Project management : 4%
hi nihal
in order to tell you that you have chance or not to get seat in NMIMS mumbai i need your rank
please provide me your rank then i am able to answer more detail
Hey,
BMS from DU is one of the best course to pursue if you're planning to do MBA from premiere BSchools.
Given options between KMV and NMIMS then you should always go for KMV.
BMS of DU is a very well known course and gives a lot of exposure of business and management. Also, BMS from KMV, DU cost less than BBA from NMIMS. KMV is a very popular college and ranks top 3rd in BMS courses whereas NMIMS is only famous for its MBA course and not for BBA.
Among all DU is a centralised university whereas NMIMS is private institution and is not famous for it's undergraduate courses. Also, Placements at KVC is much better than that of NMIMS.
Hope you a make right choice for yourself!
Good luck!
Hi Virendra,
First of all you do have a slight chance of making it to one of the following National Law University;
1. National Law University, Assam,
2. DSNLU, Vizag
3. TNLU, Tirchy
4. NLU, Jabalpur
5.NLU, Sonipat
6. HPNLU, Shimla
For NMIMS just wait for the counseling round to begin.
Hi.
It might be really tough to get in Narsee monjee college of law with 60.82%. There are higher chances of not getting into the college. But you should look for other colleges like Bharti Vidyapeeth, ICFAI, ILS. They are even good colleges of law. You will get a seat with such percentage.
Good luck.
Hi Mona,
Yes, you can definitely get into NMIMS, Navi Mumbai given that your rank is good and a lot of students will also opt for colleges of IP university. You need to apply for the counseling round and wait for your name to be in the allottment list.
Hello Deepti!
Kirti P. Mehta school of law(NMIMS) is considered as one of the prestigious law imparting institutions. It has highly professional and qualified faculy, student friendly environment and certainly good level of academics. They have active placements with 150+ recruiters offering average salary package as 8-10 lacs per annum.
Generally rank upto and around 4000 is good enough for admissions here and if your rank is well within the range then getting admission here will not be tough.
Hope this helps. All the best!
Hi Sameta,
I am assuming you are asking about the minimum CLAT score. For getting into NMIMS you will need a rank in the range of 5000-6000. Since the scores have been very high this year predictability of minimum rank is a little difficult. Apply for the counselling round and wait for the allotment list to be announced.
Hi Devvrath,
Chances of allotment depends upon CLAT rank. Seeing the result scenario this year, rank may be in between the range of 9000-10000. NMIMS generally goes upto 6000-7000 and this year the trend is changing and more and more students are looking to get into NMIMS hence chances are very less.
