Hi Candidate! According to me Vivekananda institute is better than NMIMS. The facilities of faculties, infrastructure ,culture, academics, all things are well and good in comparison with NMIMS. And in case of placements also Vivekananda is better from NMIMS.

So I prefer you to choose Vivekananda rather than NMIMS.

Yes, I would suggest you to try foe NMIMS Mumbai as the cut off for previous year was nearly 850.
