Hey,
Though there is no accurate answer to this question as the cutoff changes every year. However, the closing rank for NIT Hamirpur was in the range of 50000-70000 in the year 2019. Due to the pandemic, there is a chance that fewer students show up for the exam this year. In that case, the cutoff will definitely drop. But nothing can be said for sure.
Hi Jitendra,

Hi aspirant ,
NIT Hamirpur , is not affiliated with HP University . NIT's are institute of national importance , they are not affiliated to any state university . they are autonomous. they come under central government (50%) and state government (50%) partnership. They are made through act of parliament. Admission in B.Tech in NIT Hamirpur is done through JEE MAIN examination through JOSAA counselling. .Yes this institute is very good in terms of placement and academics.
hope this helps you
best of luck
Hello student you can calculate and get your rank by using this formula
100 - (your total percentile) 869010 /100
In your case your rank must be around 17380
You didn't mention you've domicile of which state if you've state quota of Himachal pradesh then you'll get admission but if your from outside Himachal pradesh it's difficult to get admission with all india quota. As we all know that seats are very limited and admission is directly based on merit rank.

NIT Hamirpur’s campus is a dream for nature lovers, tucked away in the mountains and offering stunning views all around. The hostels are spacious and comfortable, and getting a single room in the final year feels like a reward. The WiFi is super fast, and the computer labs are well-equipped, making it easy to stay on top of assignments. Each department has its own dedicated lab, and the campus also has two peaceful temples, a well-maintained sports complex, a gym, and even a music room where we could unwind after a long day.
The college infrastructure is well-equipped with modern facilities, including spacious classrooms, advanced labs, a well-stocked library, and Wi-Fi access, creating a great learning environment for students.
Modern classroom, well equipped lab , spacious library If a college has modern, student-centric infrastructure, it boosts academic success, extracurricular involvement, and overall satisfaction. However, gaps in infrastructure might result in frustration, lack of engagement, and decreased institutional reputation.
