As you are female candidate from OBC and you are under home state category for NIT Patna.

You may get NIT Patna Civil Engineering, but not for sure.

If you wait untill the special round you may get, because you rank is very high.

Nit Patna famous branches are Cse, mechanical ece so you can go for nit Patna in this case.

As we know nits ranking is higher than iiits so definitely Cse in nit Patna is better as more campus will come there compared to iiit jabalpur.

So better go to nit to persue you b.tech in Cse

According to previous year's trends and cutoffs, the closing rank for general category candidates for architecture was around 4200. So you can compare your general category rankings with the previous year's rankings

You have a chance of getting lower branches at both these institutions with your sc quota and home state quota both.

I got 19910 rank via ews category can i get nit patna with home state quota

Hello Aspirant,

EWS category reservation has been provided first time in JEE Main Entrance Exam, Previous year cutoff is not available so it would be difficult to tell you about the admission possibilities with EWS category rank but chances seems less to get a seat in NIT with this rank.

College Infrastructure

The college infrastructure is very bad. The bricks that were attached to the walls of the college were not fixed properly. We have the classrooms with projectors,but we haven't seen the professors using those to teach us.We don't have smart boards. We have a good Library with a plenty of books.They are only useful for academics ,but not for other purposes like preparing for govt. jobs... We've a small ground in which we can't play football and cricket at a time.(that small it is....) we've good laboraties with all equipment. In our hostel we have wifi facilities(only ethernet but not internet). Living spaces are not clean and the food is not hygienic.(once we questioned mess incharge.He replied-"We Bihari's prefer quantity over quality."

The new Bihta campus is being developed with world-class infrastructure—multiple academic blocks, lecture halls, a central library, hostels, a sports complex, and eco-friendly designs with solar power and rainwater harvesting systems.
