I got mtech seat in "vnit nagpur" and "nit rourkela", civil engineering so which college is best to join for civil engineering mtech?

I think both are good as both of them are NITs one if the renowned category of college in India. You can choose by the location which one is near for you as both are far from each other. There are good placements for both colleges but much more difference

The seat allotment for NITs consititutes various factors including your home state as they provide 50% reservation to Home state students. Getting a seat in NIT depends on the marks you scored, your category.

As you haven't mentioned your category it's quite difficult to predict the possibility.

College Infrastructure

The infrastructure at NIT Rourkela is really good. Classrooms and labs are well maintained, the library is huge, hostels are decent, the campus is full greenery creates great environment for learning.

NIT Rourkela has a large, green campus with good academics buildings, well equipped labs, a central library, comfortable hostels, excellent sports facilities, wifi, medical center, and all basic amenities for student.
