your score is good enough for getting admission for architecture and planning in nits. but for nit trichy you need to have a percentile score of 99 plus for obc category as per the last years cutoff result .

To get admission in NIT trichy the minimum required percentage in 12th is- 75% or be in top 20 percentile of your respective board

For jee mains rank-

For CSE- upto 4000, for core branches upto 11000 and can get lower branches till 25000. For last few year trend
