Your score is just below the minimum cutoff for VLSI in NIT Warangal for OBC-NC category. You may get Electronics Instrumentation there but you have missed VLSI by a very small margin. Still, you can try for that as the difference in expected cutoff and your score is
dear killi, please mention your subjects and stream you r opting for mtech. please also mention tour category. for electronics related subjects cutoff are really high i.e 700+

Though the cutoff changes every year but according to previous years cutoff your chances of getting into IIT BHU, NIT Warangal or NIT Trichy is low. The previous years cutoff for these 3 colleges were:

I studied at NIT warangal,and my experience was a solid mix of rigorious acedemics, vibrant campus life, and strong career outcomes. NIT warangal is an excellent choice. I would recomment it to anyone rady to make the most of the opportunities it offers.
I think best out of best nit is Warangal. And if you can you should get it .Good luck for future The best thing in it is it's placement and campus and also the environment i feel like I am in heaven
