let tell the addmission depends on the jee main Rank not on the percentile while you will be getting the rank and score in the april month while for NIT for SC it differs with it starts with 3k rank under SC so i would like to suggest

You will get NIT Warangal in fourth round of counselling

According to the previous year cutoff stats, the cutoff for ECE in NIT warangal usually falls between the range of 600-700 gate score. Hence there are chances of you getting a seat into the college but you have to wait for the official college cutoff in order to be sure.

Congratulations to you for obtaining such a good marks. Your raw score would be almost 650-655 and corresponding rank would lie between 1250-1300.Yes,there will be a chance to get a seat in IIT but newly opened. You may also get a seat in top NITs like calicut, warangal.

For NIT Warangal, the Gate 2019 cutoff for Electrical Branch is likely to be around AIR 4500-5000. It is difficult to predict on the basis of marks. You can tally your rank and see if you have met the cutoff.

Considering that you have got 46 marks in GATE exam and assuming that you are a General category aspirant, sorry to say but you shouldn't be able to get a seat in NIT Warangal in Power Electronics and Drives. You can try for other lower ranked NITs like
