The jee mains rank never depends upon class 10 performance.  It just need to keep class 12 score above 75%.

For your 92 percentile, you won't get NIT warangal and not even any of NITs. You need to have 97+ percentile to get into any NITs anyhow.

see cut off marks depends on students category and stream of engineering.

for general category students 260+ marks will be on safe side for securing the top branches of engineering. for obc candidates 230+ will do good enough.

however this is liable to change in every year as cutoff

Seeing previous year cuttoff of NIT WARANGAL,you need 99.2+ Percentile in jee mains for getting seat in NIT WARANGAL.Also you may need higher score if you are interested in core stream.For getting such Percentile,you need 170+ score out of 300 score..

For the gate score you mentioned,  you have very low chances for getting admission in it. The NIT warangal is very good college, so the cutoff is very high. You may not get it even in spot round .

Score of 2018 is not valid for counselling in CSAB round for 2019. And if it is of 2019 then your obc rank is not sufficient to fetch a biotechnology seat for you in NIT warangal.  

So, you need to appear in 2020 jee mains. Hope it answered

So according to your rank you may not even get a seat in NITW. But be strong and exel in jee main

The best percentile would be considered among what you get in april and january. But for a warangal seat in general cateogry needs very good percentile. You need to have more than 98.8 percentile.
