With 79.67 percentile in January JEE Mains 2020 in Scheduled Tribe (ST) category, you will surely get a seat in NIT Warangal. But, you will not be able to get any top branch. For that you will have to prepare harder for the April JEE Mains and get a higher percentile.

I would like to tell you that to secure Admission in NIT warangal, you need to have minimum 75% marks in class 12th examination or top 20 percentile in class 12th examination conducted by respective boards.
And cut off of JEE varies from course to course so I request you to please check following link

The admission is based on the rank so I can help you with the rank here. As per the previous year, The cutoff rank was 821 (home state quota), 714 (other state quota) for ST Male candidate.

But coming to your question , the last year cut off was 22000 . So you have somewhat good chance.

you are more desire to get seat in nit warangal.
To grab a seat in nit warangal in CSE branch your percentile should be above 98+ and rank must be under 1200 only so that you have that seat there.
And in to other branches you rank must be below 6k even under home quota .
