Hi Naveen,

No, North Eastern Regional Institute of Science and Technology is not associted with IIT Bombay in terms of Training&Placements. All facilities are provided to the officials conducting campus interviews in the NERIST campus. Arrangements are also made for conducting off-campus interviews at Guwahati, Tezpur, Silchar, etc.

Hard doesn't mean that impossible, it simply means that you have to work hard.

Actually NERIST has a different pattern of admissions. There is the diploma course offered to students after 10+2 through NEE II which is the entrance exam. This course is of 2 years. Candidates can further appear for NEE III after completing their diploma to avail admissions to the degree course

College Infrastructure

I feel the infrastructure is decent but a bit old. The campus is large, green, and peaceful, with hostels, labs, and basic facilities. However, many labs and classrooms feel outdated, and maintenance could be better.

The vibe is just good . I'd reccommend it

The campus is spacious with all the necessary facilities and equipments required for labs and research in everything Wi-Fi facility is inconsistent there are smart words but not all are functional infrastructure is overall good

College Infrastructure

The college infrastructure is excellent with well-maintained classrooms, modern laboratories, a fully equipped library, and smart boards for interactive learning. The campus is clean and green with proper seating areas. Wi-Fi facilities are available throughout the campus. The sports ground, auditorium, and computer labs are well developed. Overall, the infrastructure supports both academic and extracurricular activities effectively.
