So, as per my knowledge the cut off for cse branch usually stays under 40k-50k and the cut off for core branches generally stays below 70k but it depends on certain conditions like number of candidates applying for counselling.

According to the eligibility criteria for B.tech Biomedical you can direct admission on the basis of the marks you scored in Class 12th. You are required to have physics and mathematics as mandatory subjects along with any one from chemistry, biology , biotechnology.

Generally in any good college CSE will have the best placement due to the demand in the IT field.  In the CSE department in this college, more than 30 students got placed in various companies,overall more than 1000 students got placed. JSPM Rajarshi College of Engineering is good college.It provides good placements of about 70% .Renowned companies come for placements and the average package is about 3-5 LPA.Moreover infrstructure is also good as the college has well equipped classrooms and labs.Faculty members are quite helpful and supportive and they help you a lot.Placement drive of the college is also good.

As per the placements is concerned undoubtedly vidhyabharyi college of engineering and technology Pune is a better one to choose as the median salary is 5L which is higher as compared to Rajarshi shahu college of engineering.

In infrastructure and faculty too vidhyabharti is a better one to go ahead with.

All of these are average rated college and i would ask you not to expect much of these colleges.However among these Pimpri Chinchwad college of Engineering is better in terms of placements from this colleges.You can expect atleast 70% above placements as obtained from last year.Infrstructure of the college is good and also the faculty.Teachers are qualified and helpful.So Pimpri Chinchwad college is a better choice.
