Hello student,
The cut-off changes every year. It depends upon several factors such as the exam difficulty level, the number of students qualified, the number of students appeared, the highest score, whether you belong to any category or not. It's difficult to tell about admission possibilities. The cut-off varies from state to state. It also differs from state quota to all india quota.
However, based on last year's cutoff, I think you should get few colleges like
1.Ayan institute of medical sciences, for government seats last year cutoff was 436.
2. Bhaskar Medical College, for government seats last year cutoff was 505
3.C Ananda Rao Institute of Medical Sciences, for government seats Last year cutoff was 502
4. Deccan College of Medical Sciences, for government seats last year cutoff was 492.
You can check the NEET college predictor tools, to get an idea which government or private medical college you might get this year.

With a score of 474, your rank might be approximately between 65801-73197. This is an expected rank range: https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-result-marks-vs-rank . In 2019, under State Quota, 508 marks secured a seat in RAJIV INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCE, ADILABAD . That was the cut off for EWS Category. So a seat in MBBS wit 474 are a tad difficult with this score. Now this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Hi Aspirant !!!
This year 2020 is the first time when AIIMS is included in NEET. Previously AIIMS cutoffs were to be shown in percentiles. This is the first time when marks will be shown in all the cutoffs of AIIMS.
Because of the easy paper (acc. to the sources), there is a possibility that this year's cutoff will be high. And with 567 marks there is a good possibility of you getting a govt. medical college.

College is good in terms of infrastructure but it needs to be maintained well and keep up the standards and the trees are not well maintained and they need to focus on basic amenities for phd students and they have to make sure the trees grow well
The college offers a technologically advanced campus with smart classrooms and well-equipped labs. The library is extensive, though more digital resources would be helpful. The sports facilities are excellent.
College was a good one at that time as there are minimal good facilities are there with the better classrooms , labs , sports ground and canteens as there were no hostel facility at my time and all things were well maintained too with good hygienic food was available.
