Cut offs are minimum qualifying marks for entrance exam. Cut off depends on number of candidates appeared and qualified in exam, difficulty level of exam and previous year's cut off.

However according to previous year's cut off tends , cut off TS law CET remains same in Osmania University.  The candidates must score Minimum 35% marks out if total marks.

THERE ARE NO SPECIFIC CUT OFF FOR SC / ST STUDENTS in Osmania University.

The M.Sc courses provided by Osmania University, Hyderabad  are Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, Applied mathematics, Applied Statistics, Computer science self finance, Geography, Mathematics, Mathematics with computer science, Statistics, Environmental Science Self Finance, Forensic Science Self Finance, Geoinformatics, Geology,  Geophysics, Genetics, Biotechnology Self Finance, Applied Geochemistry, Astronomy, Biochemistry, Microbiology and Applied Electronics. The admission criteria are as followed:

For admission into any of the post-graduate courses (M. Sc.), a candidate must have passed the B. Sc. degree examination of the O.U., or its equivalent, with requisite percentage.

Further, a candidate must have qualified at the Common Entrance Test (OUCET) conducted by the University in the relevant subject(s) in the academic year for which admission is sought.

The university of Calcutta's application are also over as 30th of july was the last date of application.

You have not mentioned any course but based on your profile we are answering your query. Cut off rank depends on number of candidates appeared, difficulty of exam, number of seats available etc. Cut off is also course specific. Since Osmania University is one of the Prestigious University the cut off will be very high. You need to score 140 or above if you belong to general category, if you belong to BC category then you need to need to score 130 or above and if you belong to SC/ST category then you need to score minimum 120 marks. 25%IPE+75% EAMCET weightage is added to determine your rank so having a score above 550 out of 600 in 1st and 2nd year PCB subjects will be an advantage to secure a decent rank.

I can not tell you the exact rant needed for Osmania University for CSE course.

As per last year cut off you need to score more than 130 marks in the entrance examination to get a seat in CSE department. But the cut off changes every year so wait for it.

Yes it is possible but you have to follow some rules first of you have to genuine reason for changing the college or university if you able to convey then go through the document collection from your college like 10th,12th marksheet ,certificate and TC .But You have to readmission in your previous college from first year and obey the cutoff criteria of that college and before change your college you must go through previous college and check they are allowed to you or not but as per my opinion it is very difficult processes and it is badly effect to your study .

If you fulfill the minimum percentage eligibility criteria and other other criteria you can get admission.
