Hi
You have not mentioned the category you belong to so I am assuming you from general category
It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get seat or not as cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.
But when we go through previous data then it suggests that with 597 marks you hold a good chance to get into OSMANIA MEDICAL COLLEGE, HYDERABAD
For example,
In neet 2019, 592 marks for general category was the lowest marks to get government quota seat in OSMANIA MEDICAL COLLEGE, HYDERABAD under Telangana state quota

Hello student,
The cut-off changes every year. It depends upon several factors such as the exam difficulty level, the number of students qualified, the number of students appeared, the highest score, whether you belong to any category or not. It's difficult to tell about admission possibilities. The cut-off varies from state to state. It also differs from state quota to all india quota.
However, based on last year's cutoff, I think you should get few colleges like
1.Ayan institute of medical sciences, for government seats last year cutoff was 436.
2. Bhaskar Medical College, for government seats last year cutoff was 505
3.C Ananda Rao Institute of Medical Sciences, for government seats Last year cutoff was 502
4. Deccan College of Medical Sciences, for government seats last year cutoff was 492.
You can check the NEET college predictor tools, to get an idea which government or private medical college you might get this year.

With a score of 474, your rank might be approximately between 65801-73197. This is an expected rank range: https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-result-marks-vs-rank . In 2019, under State Quota, 508 marks secured a seat in RAJIV INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCE, ADILABAD . That was the cut off for EWS Category. So a seat in MBBS wit 474 are a tad difficult with this score. Now this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Osmania University has all the necessary infrastructure, facilities, and equipment. the architecture will give you a royal feeling as it was established by the Hyderabad nizam. The classes are well equipped, we have lab facilities, wifi, sports center and many more. the campus is very vast. Its really nice.
The university is good and the infrastructure is awesome and the surrounding of the university is too good yar with huge. And the collage is located huge area with awesome infrastructure and with wide variety of garden and all it was awesome.
College is good in terms of infrastructure but it needs to be maintained well and keep up the standards and the trees are not well maintained and they need to focus on basic amenities for phd students and they have to make sure the trees grow well
