The Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University offers Bachelor of Technology programme in Computer Science over a period of four years. The department of Computer Science Engineering had it's inception in 2016 and the first batch is yet to pass out. Therefore placements are yet to begin for the students.

There is no cutoff rank of JEE Main in Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University for any field.
A merit list is prepared  for admission in PDPU with the All India Quota.The selected candidates have to take part in councelling.

The admissions is also decided on the basis of GUCET rank.
