SVNIT ( sardar vallabhai patel national institute of technology), Surat is a public university established in 1961. It is recognized as a technical institute of national importance by the government of India.

Coming to the colleges you selected NIFFT is a specialized institute. The qualtiy of placements of MME in NIFFT is better than most NIT's (expect few) and comparable with IIT-BHU.

NIT SURAT CSE PLACEMENT:
NIT surat is a good engineering college for studying Computer Science Engineering.As of 2020 placements are going on but for the year 2019 placement percentage for CSE branch was more than 94%.The Highest package offered was 37.50LPA. So you can opt for CSE Engineering in NIT SURAT.
NIT WARANGAL ECE PLACEMENT:
The placement facility of NIT Warangal is much better.About 93% students got placed .The highest package being offered was 26LPA and the average being 13.9 LPA.
Both colleges are equally good in their own departments.Choose accordingly to your choice.

As per your sc category rank , you would surely get a seat in nit in your home state . You can get the following branches in svnit.
1- electrical engineering
2- electronics and communication engineering
3- mechanical engineering

Perhaps in JOSAA Round 1 you have 90% chances of getting the option you got in Mock Round 2. After Mock Round 2, there are not many new registrations, neither do many candidates shift order of preference. However since you got EE at MNNIT, in Mock round 1, there are chances you get that by later rounds.

NIT Durgapur and NIT Nagpur offers 8 courses in CSE both but NIT Surat only offers 6 courses ,NIT Durgapur and NIT Nagpur has a better rating in college than Nit Surat, the fees for all 3 lies between 5.50 lakh to 5.60 lakh , all 3 have equally good facilities,it's easier to get admission in Nit Durgapur compared to NIT Surat and Nit Nagpur and the median salary for 3 is around 6 lakhs per annum so if you are from Bengal get into NIT durgapur as it will be close to your home because all 3 are pretty much the same . The college has a nice green campus with plenty of space the classrooms are okay but some of equipment is owned the library is great and has a lot of books and very good environment wifi is very stronger and very good the infrastructure is really valid.
The infrastructure is quite good. The department has three different buildings, and all the labs required for the course, such as fluid dynamic labs, hydraulic lab , som lab , structure lab, EM lab and transporation lab.
Our college is quite old but then also infrastructure is good even now some construction work is going on of CRC and few department, hostel are also average where u get various facilities, there is dispensary also
