For admission in SVNIT, Surat in the previous year under the home state quota the for the SC category the opening rank was 314 and the closing rank was 1502 for the CSE branch. Hence considering this and the fact that your rank is 1467 in the SC category

it is possible for you to

get a seat in SVNIT. by going through last years cutoff you can get either electrical engineering or chemical engineering seat.

There are two Types of seats in SVNIT surat..State quota & Ouside state quota.

Reservation for EWS category in the JEE Main exam is being provided for the first time by NTA therefore it would be difficult to tell you about the chances of admission as previous year cutoff details for EWS category is not available.

You will not get SVNIT with this percentile. You have to score more than 94 percentile to get SVNIT with home state quota.
