Academics
I'm pursuing MMS as I want to work in media and want to setup my own channel. As my college is autonomous so it has its own curicullum which is up to date and involve more practical learning and it includes all the equipment related to recent developments in the college which helps us to understand the basic idea or knowledge behind the projects. As it is more towards practical learning it prepares us to crack any job interview easily .
College Infra
Yes my college have all the necessary infrastructure such as playground, courts, auditorium, laboratories, library etc. Also the classes are equipped with smart boards and are well maintained by the management of college. Our College have hostel facility which is spearate for boys and girls and are well maintained. Food of a mess is just like home made food and they are made in a well hygiene kitchen and hygiene is the factor which is taken care by the cleaning staff.
Campus Life
Our college best features are its faculties, Sports Centre, Fest, clubs, committee, auditorium etc. But I couldn't find any worst feature in the college. College engages students in various co-curicullar activities which enhances the personality of one and faculties support the students which boosts the moral of students. It is located on the prime location of vidyavihar it has all the necessary things near it like rickshaws, police station, railway station and also have hospital in the campus.
Placements
Quality of placement in our college is quite good. As I'm studying now but according to the last batch many got placed. Avg package was 5.5l.p.a and highest package was around 21l.p.a in our branch. Our placement wing is so good that it prepares students before 2-3 months of the arrival of the company so we could focus on our drawback and make it perfect till the time of interview and crack the interview easily.
Value For Money
Fees of this college is quite normal. Fir general category the fees is 45,000 p.a. and it is worth spending in this college as it enhances the personality of one by involving in many co-curicullar activities and also develops the knowledge . Any doubt is cleared by the faculty in the lecture as well as after the lecture in their extra time and also some of the professor provide handwritten notes in easy language which helps to score good marks in our semester exams.

KJ SOMAIYA is more or less a quite good college for MA in Entertainment media and advertising. It is affiliated by university of mumbai. To kniw about the skills thus 2 year pg degree course is enough good. It has overall rating 3.0/5.0 related to placements and other equipments.
