see the main campus of vellore institute of technology is at chennai, however vit ap an d vit bhopal both of the institute has established on 2017, so both of it are quite new, you may have to go for bangalore or chennai campus for placement. however the campus of both of the institute is good , and based on students review faculty are better in vit ap. so you must decide as per your location and expenses.

however you will not face any issue for being a north Indian, students from all over India join vIT since it is one of the best private institute In india. if you have good communication skill I think you will face no difficulty to make friends or communicate with natives.

It is unpredictable and difficult to say because every year cut-offs changes. But Cutoffs differs from branch to branch. If you wish to get Computer Science Engineering or any IT branch then try to get Rank below 12000. If you wish to get Non-IT branch you should get Rank below 25000. These are expected Ranks and may vary on many factors like number of students appeared in the exam, category, number of seats available, difficulty level of the exam, etc.

No, with this Rank in VITEEE 2021 exam you can't get Computer Science Engineering course in Vellore Institute of Technology, Bhopal based on previous year's cut-offs. The Cutoffs varies from year to year and depends on many factors.

Even in Category 5 for which you have to pay additional fees, it is difficult for you to get Computer Science Engineering branch in VIT Bhopal because the competition is more of Computer Science Engineering branch. You can try for some other branches but in Category 5 mostly.

Congratulations for your success in VITEEE . With the mentioned rank you cannot get  CS or IT in category 1 or 2 at Vellore campus. You might get a category 3 seat in IT or Cse if previous cutoff trends is analysed.

JIIT offers admissions to btech courses on the basis of JEE scores or the percentage secured in +2 examination. The previous cutoffs for merit based examination are closed to 88-90 for Cse at JIIT, Noida. You need to fill the counseling form once it is out at https://www.jiit.ac.in/ .

VIT, Vellore surely edges over JIIT In terms of placement records and average package. The average package for a Car student at VIT is close to 7 lacs while it is around 4-4.5 lacs at JIIT.

It is really unpredictable because cut-offs varies from year to year. But based on previous year's cut-offs it can be said that you have chances of getting very less  branches that too Non-IT. In category 2 it is difficult to get seat in VIT Andhra Pradesh. If you want good other branches you can try for category 5 but chances are less but you have to pay additional Rs. 2.5 Lakhs every year. In total every year you have to pay Rs. 5 Lakhs for the course. For 4 years you have to pay nearly Rs. 25 Lakhs.

As you have mentioned that you have got 58k rank in viteee 2021, in this rank there is no chance that you get cse branch and that too specialisation branch (artificial intelligence) in first four categories. Maybe you can hope for category 5 but let me tell you the cost is tremendously high and during the course of four years it would be around 28L.

So, if you would take my advice then you should definitely go for other universities like srm ,manipal,comedk colleges as a BTech degree for 28L doesn't make any sense.

As you have mentioned that you have got 12.3 k in the viteee exam ,so you would definitely secure computer science branch/ specialisation in category 2.  Securing in category 1 with this rank is difficult as the seats gets filled very quickly in category 1.

Coming to the campus selection, vit vellore would be the number choice with this rank. Other campuses like vit chennai or vit bhopal or vit Andhra Pradesh are not as famous as vit vellore for its cse placements.
