The campus recruitment process at Vellore Institute of Technology has started for B.Tech batch graduating in 2019. Microsoft, DE Shaw and PayPal being the top recruiters placed 16 students in the first slot of placement session. Eight students got a super dream offer of Rs 39 lakhs per annum by Microsoft. DE Shaw & Co. offered a package of Rs 33 lakhs per annum to one student while 7 students received a dream offer of 21.5 lakhs by PayPal. More than 30 super dream companies are expected to visit Vellore Institute of Technology campus offering CTC of more than 10 lakhs per annum for campus selection which will continue till the first week of August. This process will be followed by the visit of dream companies (IT & core) offering more than 5 lakhs per annum.
