As it is a private college it has a very good infrastructure . It has 3 floor library which has plenty of books and e-books . Gym , playgrounds , Swimming pool etc facilities are also present . Computer labs are air conditioned whereas normal classrooms do not have AC's .

Almost every faculty is PhD so majority of the faculties are good in teaching. The curriculum is updated on regular basis . Quality of teaching is also nice (In most of the cases) . Vit offers you FFCS (Fully flexible credit system) in which you can choose which course you want to study and which faculty you want .

As of 2019 , the average package of all the branches combined is near 7 lacs . In CS branch almost all the students get placed with a decent package . Highest package offered in 2019 is approx 42 lacs from Microsoft .

The college fees will depend upon the rank (In VITEEE exam) and category in which u get admission . There are five categories - Cat 1 , Cat 2 and so on till Cat 5 . The tuition fees(2019) for Cat 1 is approx 2 lacs (Hostel+mess approx 1 lacs) and the tuition fees keeps on increasing by 1 lac in each category .

There is so much to do other than academics , VIT has over 200 clubs and chapters in which students do various types of activities . Although life at VIT is quite hectic but you will get used it soon . Most of the hostels are neat and good .

The college is a value for money if u get admission in 1st or 2nd category . Overall it is good ?.

Vellore Institute of Technology is a good platform where i reached. The infrastructure of campus is amazing with all greenery and kinds of birds. The evenings are beautiful specially the sunsets. The food provided in the campus is hygienic and campus strictly follows all 3 R's of garbage disposal.

I am currently perusing my M.Sc Integrated Biotechnology and my keen interest is in drug discovery and management. The teaches in the campus are all A grade faculties with all teaching facilities. Yes, curriculum is updated and inculde all recent development technologies in the field.

The placement of my course in 100% and all top ranked companies come for placements and job opportunities. Currently i don't know all about these but will soon inquire about. Not yet placed right now.

The university foundation is great. The grounds are extremely enormous and are very beautiful. Lecture lobbies and labs are furnished with most recent advances. For ex. savvy board and bio-metric attendance system. The hostel rooms are additionally tidy up and comfortable. Each room has its own appended washroom and its the obligation of hostel authority to tidy up every single room day by day.Also the dining rooms are clean and the mess serves healthy and hygienic food.

The scope of every branch taught over here is not limited.Hence the curriculum is changed every year to keep up with the advancements in the society.The teachers are strict when it comes to their subject. But are also very helpful and caring.The academic taught over here makes the students ready to be placed anytime.

The placements over here are very good.Large no. of companies visit the campus every year in hunt for talented employees.The packages offered are excellent and go as high as 40 lakhs. Some of the companies that visit each year include google,Facebook,Microsoft and wipro

The fee depends on your rank in VITEEE (an entrance exam conducted by VIT).The fee ranges from 2 lakhs to 5 lakhs p.a. The kind of infrastructure and the quality of academics over here makes me feel that I'm getting my money's worth

Campus life is excellent.There are a no. of general stores at every corner that makes life of students easy.Additionally there are basketball courts,swimming pools,badminton courts,football field ,cricket grounds and many other facilities which help the students to cope up with their academic tensions.Also there are a no. of cafe` and restaurants inside the campus which serve tasty and hygienic food

VIT is one of the most reputed engineering institutes in the country.And the reputation it holds,it is actually worthy of it.

Our college is infrastructure is good I think it's the best. The facilities are good regarding food and sanitation.The only thing is that we doesn't have Ac in our classrooms. Talking about sports and hostels it's the best I think among all colleges.

Everyone knows that academics is the most important in south India so, I dont have problem related to academics. Saying about our curriculum it's up to date the things which we need to get ready for the job are up to date and we think that we could get placed from vit?

Placements cell at Vit is one of the best till now. From our college around 93% of the students are placed with a good package. Average starting salary of a 6.0LPA(which I think and which is told to us). During placements the greatest drawback is that you should have minimum of 7GPA to sit in placements. If you are a good scorer this college will give you the best placement of around 42LPA (starting)

The course in this college is divided category wise the first category has to pay around 1lakh per year and the other category has a fees of around 1.7 or 2 lakh per year. I think that the money which I am paying is going to gave me a benefit in future

Campus life is good. Some restrictions are there that your intime is 9 oclock which I think that should be exceeded the girls intime is 8 oclock which should also be exceeded. The teachers are good and supportive some are the worst but many are good and nice there are many north Indians and European teachers also.

THE FACILITIES OF AND INFRASTRUCTURE OF THE COLLEGE IS JUST AMAZING. I WAS SHOCKED WHEN I FIRST GOT INTO CAMPUS. THE WI-FI SERVICE IS VERY GOOD AROUND 4 MBPS SPEED WE GET. THE CLASSROOMS ARE LITTLE BIT SHADY BUT FINE WE CAN IGNORE THAT. THE QUALITY OF THE FACILITIES PROVIDED IN THE HOSTEL IS AVERAGE,BUT IT DEPENDS ON HOW YOU SCORE AS IF YOU SCORE MORE. YOU,LL GET THE BETTER HOSTEL ROOM. THERE ARE MANY MESSES FOR DIFFERENT REGIONS AND CULTURES.

TEACHERS IN OUR COLLEGE ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE. IF YOU TRY TO INTERACT WITH THEM. THEN THEY WILL BE MORE HELPFUL AND INVOLVED. TEACHERS QUALITY DEPENDS OF THE FACULTY YOU CHOOSE FOR YOUR SUBJECT. A FEW TEACHERS TEACH, AND OTHERS TAKE CLASSES. THE COURSE CURRICULUM IS FLEXIBLE. STUDENTS ARE FREE TO CHOOSE WHAT THEY WANT TO LEARN APART FROM A FEW MANDATORY COURSES.

ABOUT 70-80% OF THE STUDENTS WHO ATTEND FOR THE PLACEMENTS GOT PLACED. THE HIGHEST SALARY PACKED OFFERED IN OUR COURSE IS 25 LPA, AND THE LOWEST SALARY PAKAGE OFFERED IS 2.5 LPA, TOP RECRUITING COMPANIES LIKE MARUTI, TATA, RISHI FIBC ETC., VISIT OUR COLLEGE FOR PLACEMENTS. I CAN'T EXACTLY TELL WHAT PERCENTAGE OF THE STUDENTS GOT AN INTERNSHIP, BUT ONLY FEW STUDENTS GOT AN INTERNSHIP IN CORE JOBS. A TOP ROLE OFFERED TO THE STUDENTS IS A GRADUATE ENGINEERING TRAINEE.

THE FEES STRUCTURE IN VIT IS DIVIDED IN 4 CATEGORIES. FOR THE 1ST CATEGORY, 4 YEAR FEES WILL BE AROUND 11-12 LAKHS INCLUDING MESS AND HOSTEL. AND FOR THE 4TH CATEGORY , YOUR 4 YEAR FEES WILL BE 22-36LACS INCLUDING MESS AND HOSTEL. THE FEES FOR THE 2ND AND 3RD CATEGORY WILL FALL IN BETWEEN. AND YES,YOU GET THE CATEGORY BASED IN YOUR VITEEE RANK AND HENCE YOUR FEE STRUCTURE WILL BE DECIDED.

THE CAMPUS IS ONE OF THE MOST HAPPENING PALCES ON EARTH. THERE WERE MANY ANNUAL EVENTS SUCH AS GRAVITAS(TECH FEST) IN WHICH STUDENTS FROM ALL OVER THE COUNTRY PARTICIPATE IN MANY FUN TECH COMPETITIONS SUCH AS DRONE RACING, FORMULA CAR TESTING, ROBOWARS ETC., THEN THERE WAS RIVIERA(CULTURAL FEST) WHICH WAS A 4-DAY LONG EVENT WITH MANY FUN ACTIVITIES AND NIGHT SHOWS IN WHICH MANY FAMOUS BOLLYWOOD CELEBRITIES AND MUSICAL BANDS USED TO PERFORM.

I OPTED FOR THIS COURSE AT THIS COLLEGE BECAUSE IT IS ONE OF THE BEST. THE INTERNATIONAL STAFF AND STUDENTS CAN PROVIDE GREAT EXPOSURE. BUT RULES AND REGULATION ARE BIT STRICT INSIDE THE CAMPUS . THE ANNUAL FEST RIVIERA IS ONE OF THE BEST IN THE COUNTRY. THE CAMPUS IS VERY BEAUTIFUL AND EQUIPPED WITH ALL THE MODERN FACILITIES.

In VIT, we are provided with good facilities and most of the places are maintained with proper hygiene. 20hour library facility and most of the books are covered in our library. WiFi services are provided for 12 hours sometimes even 24 hours WiFi is available.best Equipment is given for labs.

My course is about CSE specialisation of business systems. I'm always updated with my course as if my faculty, proctor, Dean frequently shares everything us via mail. Studying in this curriculum I am confident that I can make my career want I wanted.

Highest placement as of now is 40lakh per annum. It was recorded in 2019. Students are classified based on there progress in academics and classified for placement. 90% placements are sure. As if I checked previous statistics of VIT and even my seniors explained if we maintain good academics we can get good placements.

My course costs 3lakh per annum, its trust worthy.

I didn't find any worst facilities ever. I think I'm adjusted for the environment there. It's very simple to get addicted to environment of it.

The infrastructure is very good and the campus has all the new technological facilities in academic buildings. Hostels and mess are average.The hostels are clean and hygienic. The library and the sports facilities are also nice.

The quality of teaching is slightly above average. Some teachers have good knowledge and you can learn the subject very well from them. But some teachers might seem to be unclear while explaining to students and you may not feel comfortable in class.

The placements have been nice but there is a huge competition to grab the highest packages. A lot of companies come during placement drive and most of the students get placed in some company.The highest package was from CSE about 40-45 LPA.

My course is Btech CSE. It cost me about 4L per year.I thought that it should be slightly less because the hostel was not up to the mark when compared the hostel fees . Rest is all good and the campus is equipped with all the modern technologies.

The campus is overall very nice and beautiful in terms of the infrastructure. There are lots of clubs in which student can take part. He may also be allowed to work at night if the club requires and hence the campus is active even at night... The main problem student feels is the strictness and the huge population.

The only things you have to be very careful is to maintain the attendance above 75% and avoid backlogs. Because you may have to re-register the course and then it will cost you a good amount of money when counted with hostel and mess fee because you have to stay in summer. The campus is very beautiful and you can enjoy the view of huge buildings along with the large number of trees. It has many shops inside where you can eat every kind of fast food including DOMINOS...

Yes, my college have all the necessary infrastructure,best faculties and equipment. Our hostels have a good wifi system and classrooms have smart boards. The living spaces are somewhat ckean and food quality is good.

I am studying computer science because for good placement.our cirriculum is updated and also our syllabus is decided by the good mnc. The quality of teaching is very good and teachers help us to understand each and every topic.

The quality of placements is nice. About 80 percent of students got placed previous year the course for best placement is computer science the average salary offered is 5-6 lac. Yes, the college is supportive.

Good academic structure. The syllabus is updated every year to keep up with the latest developments in the technological areas. The teachers are also very helpful. Students are given special training for placements.

Placements are good. Many companies come to the campus every year for placements. The highest package goes as much as 40-50 Lakhs. The average package is also good, especially for branches like CSE and IT.
