The College has got students enrolling from across the country and hence to make available a safe and secure environment, separate hostel facilities are provided to boys with 3 meals a day, 24 X 7 electricity & water supply along with Wi-Fi connectivity. Accommodating around 300+ students each hostel has a resident warden and essential staff to support and oversee the resident students. Students are allotted rooms on double or triple sharing on a first-come-first-serve basis, depending upon the date of receipt of the hostel fee by cash/cheque / DD. Besides the regular hostel and mess facility, there is an on-campus canteen that provides hygienic and affordable food at lunch and dinner time. Large playgrounds adjacent to the hostels provide ample recreational space for students. Also, separate gymnasiums have been set up within the hostel premises for both boys and girls to foster a healthy lifestyle for students.

The College campus has a full-fledged cafeteria that enables all students to have meals, snacks, soft drinks, and hot beverages at major mealtimes. Allen House cafeteria services have been awarded by Red FM as the Best College Cafeteria in the Kanpur region. The college cafeteria is called “Appetite” which reflects our conscience to keep the quality and hygiene of food facilities above par standards. Our cafeteria serves different cuisines to satisfy the taste buds of all our students coming from different backgrounds. Continental, south Indian, north Indian, Chinese, and Italian dishes are a few hot favorites of our students. The quality assurance is tested by the highest authorities at the campus on a daily basis.

The College we provide fully air-conditioned modern gymnasium facilities with the latest cardio and weight training equipment, where students can regularly maintain as well as improve their physical fitness thus enhancing the well-being of their mind and spirit.

The College library is the backbone of any civilized society and the heart of an academic institution. The aim of a Library is to help in maintaining an environment that allows the users to find resources that meet their academic and research needs. With a fully air-conditioned, modern, and digital Central Library, Allen House Colleges offers the most up-to-date information to all students & faculty members. The Central Library, with a huge reading room accommodating 150+ students, is well equipped with 3000+ text and reference books containing 37000+ volumes, subscription to 40+ international journals along with business magazines, competitive magazines, newspapers, thesis, and projects. The digital library provides access to membership of DELNET, National Digital Library (NDL) from IIT Kharagpur, and e-consortium from AKTU. It facilitates remote access for students along with access to a number of e-books, e-journals, and project reports.                      

The College provides infirmary services with a doctor for first-aid treatment and emergency medical care to the students and staff. We have a tie-up with the best medical practitioners in the city for emergency medical care and treatment at a reduced cost. For further medical assistance Institute also provides ambulance services to the nearest hospitals.
